Synopsis

9.1/10 I really didn’t have many expectations going into this movie, but wow. The characters, writing, animation, creativity were fantastic. Easily one of the best movies of the year, might be one of my favorite animated movies I’ve ever seen.

Probably the most visually impressive animated film I’ve ever seen (right up there with Spiderverse). I haven’t seen other puss movies and didn’t feel too attached to characters which is why this is a like and not love. But a solid, cute and well done animated film

It was witty, heartfelt, and had multiple villains that actually felt unique and fleshed out. I’m honestly finding it hard to find one real issue with this film. Makes me want to rewatch all the shriek movies.

SMSam Morales"The Last Wish" was a great continuation to the first Puss and Boots! New obstacles to overcome, terrifying villains, and of course Antonio & Salmas chemistry continues to be the strength of this franchise! Highly recommend

It was a good lil spin off enjoyable to watch. There is moments when they bleep out stuff when they curse but if you don’t mind that by all means watch this movie

Puss in Boots isn’t on a rousing adventure; he’s performing the fairy-tale equivalent of grasping at miracle cures while he’s dying from a terminal illness. And although the film is funny in fits and starts, and exciting in fits and starts, the ultimate takeaway is weirdly sobering.
