To make changes to your original ticket order, you will need to cancel your original order and rebook. Please follow the steps below.
To cancel your ticket as a Guest, you will need your Order Confirmation email.
- Open the Atom Order Confirmation email
- Click on Manage Ticket button within the email.
Note: A new window will open with your Order Confirmation information - Click the “Cancel” button on the Order confirmation web page
- Confirm refund payment method and follow the relevant prompts
If you don’t have your order confirmation email, you can retrieve it by clicking on the “Manage Ticket” tab at www.atomtickets.com.
For orders made with an Atom Tickets log-in account:
- Go to the “My Orders” section.
- Click the "Cancel Order" button associated with the tickets you want to cancel
- Confirm refund payment method and follow the relevant prompts
Please Note: Cancellations and changes can be made up to 30 minutes prior to showtime.

If you don’t have your order confirmation email, then use our Manage Ticket feature by:
- Go to www.atomtickets.com
- Click on the “Manage Ticket” tab
- Enter the email you used to purchase your tickets
- An order confirmation email will be sent to the email you entered
Please Note: The subject line of the email is “Atom Order Confirmation.” For Atom account holders, please log into your account to access your active movie ticket orders.
To log-in to your Atom account, please be sure to log-in with the email address or phone number you used to create your account.
If you created an account with a 3rd party account log in (example: Google Gmail), please sign in using your 3rd party email.
For password issues, please click on the “Forgot Password” link and follow prompts to reset your password.

Promo codes can be entered on the “Review Your Order” page in the app or on the website. You’ll see this page after you’ve selected your tickets, seats and concessions.
Promotional terms may vary, please check your order before checking out to ensure the promo has been applied. When you're ready to complete your movie ticket purchase, follow these simple steps to apply your promo code:
- Select Your Seats: After choosing your movie and showtime, proceed to the seat selection screen.
- Proceed to Checkout: Once your seats are selected, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button to move to the next screen.
- Enter Promo Code: On the checkout page, you'll find a designated field where you can enter your promo code. Type in the code exactly as provided, ensuring there are no spaces before or after it.
- Apply Promo Code: After entering the promo code, click the "Apply" button. If the code is valid and meets the criteria, you'll see your discount applied to the total amount due.
- Complete Your Purchase: Review your order, make any necessary adjustments, and then proceed to complete your purchase by entering your payment information. Once your payment is confirmed, you're all set for a fantastic movie experience.
