Synopsis

Sabrina Bondi likedLionI don't think I've ever seen a movie that's this much about the experience of adoption and the relation between adoptive parents and adopted children...it's a rich subject that we don't see much in film. The beginning is harrowing and the end is heartbreaking.

Interesting story about adopted boy from India. The story is about the boy finding his biological parents. I would prefer better communication between each characters.

nevaeh likedLionlion is an incredible movie about a boy finding his way home—it was interesting watching him grow and change. his adoptive parents were wonderful, but i wish they had persevered his culture. i loved his journey and was surprised to find that the film was based on a true story.

Lion is shameless and heartfelt and you’ll probably have a good, happy cry at the end. When a story pushes buttons so deeply wired into our consciousness...craft seems almost beside the point.
