Special movie.
It was a very touching and insightful movie. The reason it got 4 out 5 stars because there were a couple scenes that weren't weren't really necessary and didn't really have much to do with his story.
Such a great movie! Many many tears! A must see!
Deeply moving, touching, and beautiful
Beautiful film that really makes you think about the suffering of children around the world

Great movie! Just watch it to understand!
really good
Amazing movie with moments that rip your heart out. The second half gets a bit jumbled though and sloppy but the movie is incredibly moving.
This movie is a very authentic depiction of the adoptee experience.

Great feel in it
Very goid true story. Not too original though. It will be nominated for an Oscar though. The pacing was off. Too fast then toooooo slow at the end. Its an okay movie.
Beautifully shot and written
this movie was a lot better than I thought. I throughly enjoyed it and I loved the story
I cried at the end
One of the best movies I have ever seen!

Lion is shameless and heartfelt and you’ll probably have a good, happy cry at the end. When a story pushes buttons so deeply wired into our consciousness...craft seems almost beside the point.
First-time Australian director Garth Davis offers sweeping cinematic shots, with a soundtrack that is pleasingly epic, but the second act is a bit skimpy, script-wise.
This is a true story, and at times a gut-wrenching one, even if it necessarily sugarcoats some aspects of the plight of lost children.
