feminist lesbian strippers drugging and robbing wall street criminal dudes while giving oscar worthy performances is my favorite film genre
mariaSep 19, 2019jlo could do the wolf of wall street but leonardo dicaprio couldn’t do hustlers
nickNov 28, 2019had more to say about society than Joker

So unrealistic. Man said he "wasn't feeling it" when JLo was giving him a lap dance. Pshhh I know I was
TylerSep 14, 2019even though lorde wrote royals 7 years ago, she should still win the academy award for best original song on account of the fact that she was clearly inspired by a psychic vision of it being used in this film
Ellie ✨Sep 8, 2019there is a shot of JLo leaning back smoking on a rooftop in a fur coat that should alone give her an Oscar

I think we can all agree that women
aaronSep 20, 2019when Lorde said "it feels so scary getting old" she was talking about the existential terror of hearing Royals used as a needle drop to establish the past

This movie explains so well how the socioeconomic classes work in the U.S. The things that poverty does to you, the privilege of growing up with money vs having to get your hands dirty for it, and how collapses affect working people while the rich barely get a scratch. Loved this
This is an engaging true life story that’s got a decent script and good performances especially from Lopez. Theirs an edge to the movie I was surprised by and some engaging characters. It’s well paced entertainment with some great scenes including J.Lo’s intro. Very well made
I’m right in between like and meh but i feel like it needed a little more depth without getting dragged out. It felt so slow but also somehow the story felt a little rushed detail wise? Not enough Lili Reinhart. Impressive cast and soundtrack. “Motherhood is a mental illness”

Really Good! Great performances surprising the best performance is from Jennifer Lopez, her and Constance Wo had great chemistry. Overall great cast, and the story was perfectly paced and had an interesting story. Didn’t feel too long or too short.
great movie with an intriguing plot and amazing actresses! it was well paced and balanced comedy with seriousness very nicely. 10/10

I didn’t really feel like this movie had a “climax” really. It kind of felt like the movie wasn’t necessary. The only good part was the complex friend of Ramona+Destiny. You could see the care between them, but how that was hard for them to express because of their dark pasts.
The cast did so well. The dynamic between characters all worked so well together. Loved the story line and the way they show the way financial struggles really affect people. “This whole country is a strip club. You got people tossing the money and people doing the dance.”
