wanda going on a killing spree while altering the fabric of time and tearing apart the multiverse just to say hello her kids is the ultimate girl boss move tbh

in my theater there was more hype for the nicole kidman amc ad than the actual movie itself… and honestly… deserved
LucyMay 4, 2022I think wanda should be allowed to kill people as long as she’s having fun
celiaMay 5, 2022As soon as they plucked out a giant tentacle monster’s eyeball (with the optic nerve dangling) within the first ten minutes, I knew I was in safe hands. Sam I love you.

Feels like Marvel is losing it
realvatic likedDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of MadnessI wish this movie could’ve been better, they could’ve had more of the multiverse considering it’s in the name, the cgi and acting could’ve been better, especially the transitions they were pretty goofy, the story was alright but u don’t like how they sidelined doctor strange.
MK likedDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of MadnessAnything Wanda maximoff is in I am totally obsessed with

What an absolute disappointment. Gosh. What happened to Marvel? 😵💫 Too rush. Too little. Too cringe. 😞
tay is "meh" onDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of MadnessI was so excited because I loved the first Dr. Strange, but this was disappointing ): I feel like this could’ve been done better with the multiverse/timelines. Also felt like a Scarlet Witch film not a Dr. Strange one (not upset about, just something to note) America was kinda interesting but felt…

Nothing that memorable for me
FredricoCraft dislikedDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of MadnessSo terrible
Sabrina Bondi likedDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of MadnessThe result of all this is a lot of crumbling masonry and an abundance of gruesomely charred bodies that make it clear Raimi is out to honour his horror movie credentials. But for all his efforts, the effect is curiously uninvolving.

Weak, broken, feels like someone trying to just get by in their job.
JWJohn WilliamsI really wanted to like it but I hated it to be honest. It was really inconsistent. It tried really hard to feel high stakes but I couldn’t get into it. The girl literally punches holes through the multiverse, he controls a dead him that looks really bad. Idk just wasn’t…
CRChristopher RobertsonNo spoilers, but I will ask you this, do you remember how the end credit scene to “Far From Home,” was the trailer to Dr. Strange. We’ll in tht teaser/ trailer they mention how they should’ve never casted tht spell spider man wanted, and it messed with the law of nature,…

Definitely a Sam Raimi film, filled with horror and surprises, beautiful visuals especially in Imax with laser! I feel like there could’ve been more but great film overall!

Paired with Danny Elfman's fizzy score, Raimi elevates Multiverse of Madness from the bridge-building bit of IP it so transparently is. While he doesn't quite elevate it to the madness that the film promises, he does, for a few brief, shining moments, show the kids how those superhero movies could be done.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness definitely makes good on the promises of an excessive title: Alternate realities are in full effect, things get progressively more bonkers, and the latest adventure for Benedict Cumberbatch’s Marvel magic man takes “the search for one’s self” conceit to a whole new level.

Marvel's most deranged and energetic movie yet, as much of a winning comeback for director Sam Raimi as it is a mega-budget exercise in universal stakes-raising.
