"When Spike Lee was doing Malcolm X, he had everybody on every street corner in Brooklyn saying 'Spike, don't mess up Malcolm X! This is so important to us!' The people involved in All Eyez On Me did not have that pressure at all....they just made a movie! They didn't think…

Brad BoiJun 15, 2017Shoddily edited, disjointed amateur trash. All Eyez on Me should've been straight to the Lifetime channel.

MikeJun 19, 2017"I'm not saying I'm gonna change the world, but I guarantee that I will spark the brain that will" ~ Tupac Shakur Let me start out by saying, I am a big time fan of 90's hip hop and the whole era. Tupac, Biggie, Digital Underground, NWA, Gang Starr, Nas, just all of it.…
Joshua 😈Jun 21, 2017I'm not sure how a biopic about one of the most electrifying and inspirational artists of all-time can feel so devoid of life and even a downright bore. Points given for the perfectly committed cast (who are all fine here, but because of primarily the way they're being…

Amazing had a real good story
rukashi dislikedAll Eyez on MeI expected way more from this movie… it’s so long yet it doesn’t even begin to capture Tupac’s life story. I dont like the production, the movie almost hits and then misses completely. It dissapointed me for I was rly looking forward to watch this movie and expected way better
Landon C lovedAll Eyez on MeI really enjoyed this bio pic. I liked how we got to see the whole life of Tupac play out. How we start from when he was a kid all the way to his death. And seeing into more detail the beef between him and biggie. And truly seeing why he didn’t trust them. It’s an 8.5/10

This movie was a massive, high-energy look at a rap legend! This balanced legendary musical performances with the heavy political and personal battles of Tupac’s career. It’s an intense, flaws-and-all tribute that serves as a solid, nostalgic watch for fans.
Marissa is "meh" onAll Eyez on MeI may be just a tad too young to really appreciate what Pac meant to hip hop but I did NOT like this. The dialogue did not hit, didn’t feel like anyone was really trying. *im a 90’s baby I have listen to most of his music.
Anthony Bourke lovedAll Eyez on MeAbsolutely love this film, one of my favourite films dedicated to one of the best rappers in history

Mi è piaciuto perché racconta una storia interessante, lo immaginavo più motivante. Un po’ scarico

I really liked it! I couldn't help but to make a comparison to Notorious, so I will say I wish the foundation-- more about Tupac's youth, etc.--would have been discussed. But it was a great MUST-SEE film for any hip-hop follower.

Given the tragic and highly charged events it depicts, All Eyez on Me is oddly low on emotional bite, perhaps because it never feels real. As clean and polished and blandly overlit as a TV soap opera, Boom’s film looks and feels smaller than Tupac’s cinematic life story.

Boom’s film (penned by Jeremy Haft, Eddie Gonzalez, and Steven Bagatourian) initially reads as a timely rallying cry around Shakur’s legacy, before devolving into a paint-by-the-numbers biopic that unspools with as much energy as a Wikipedia entry.

The dramatized movie we’ve gotten, All Eyez On Me, is a hagiographic dud that unfolds like a depth-free magazine listicle.
