This movie was such a fever dream. I saw a tiktok with one of the scenes and though “Where do I know this from..” This was such a strange movie that I only have foggy memories of. I thought I dreamt it. I don’t even remember when or where I watched it, LMAO.

This is really good. It’s got a great cast. It’s funny and wholesome and sweet. I also found the relationships to be very realistic and I loved the concept a lot. I did find it to be a little slow towards the end, and I wasn’t a massive fan of the twist. Great film!

I have no idea why I love this movie so much. I think it’s just super nostalgic but it’s also a really cool movie in my opinion. Every time I watch it I love it more and more. I think it’s genuinely just a good movie with insane twists and turns. And great storytelling.

Really fun! Like an epic sci fi version of jumanji and I’m all here for it. A good film with some good characters, I felt there chemistry felt real. It was also pretty funny too. The plot twist did surprisingly take me by surprise. My only complaint was Danny and Walter…

Its unwieldy title notwithstanding, Zathura: A Space Adventure is arguably the best adaptation of a Chris Van Allsburg book to date.

Director Jon Favreau, who dipped profitably into family entertainment with 2003's Elf, effectively recreates the illustrative universe of a good children's book, but he's stuck with a story that noisily grinds its gears.
