Movie was a little corny. Music playlist was the best, the ending was the best
you can save this for when its on Tubi or something
It was a corny movie yet I enjoyed it. Good playlist and brought on the nostalgic feels.
Absolutely Hilarious! FRED DURST
Y2K was funny in a cringy way. Nothing special or over the top. Just a movie most ppl can’t tolerate.
I didn’t find anything about the movie worth watching. I’m actually upset I paid to watch it. The concept of the way it happened made it dumb.
This movie was a waste of time. It was way too silly to even be considered funny. The only good thing about it was Fred durst from limp Bizkit making a special appearance
Corny film but the nostalgia is dope.
Even with Rachel Zegler on damage control, this still turned out to be the absolute worst kind of nostalgia bait.
Aimed at older millennials who remember Limp Bizkit.
It’s so 90’s like I’m a teenager again. It’s what young people do
Cute movie with some really hilarious references to Y2K times. The cast and quality of the film were better than I had expected.
Lead actress is intolerable
Metacritic
Jaeden Martell, Julian Dennison and Rachel Zegler, as the teens tasked with thwarting the apocalypse, make charming heroes — but it’s Mooney himself, as the loquacious stoner Garret, who is the film’s dopey MVP.

It tries to mine humour and a bit of horror from the era but fails to make much of an impact in either genre.
If you’re a millennial, odds are you’ll find “Y2K” amusing. But older and younger age groups will want to stick to their vinyl LPs and Tik Tok videos.
