It’s so focused on referencing everything from the 90s that it actively sacrifices its storytelling for the joke. Fortunately, I love the 90s, so it worked on me a lot of the time.

Cheered for Fred Durst like i was watching endgame
alexa likedY2KOF COURSE i will stand by anything kyle mooney makes but i was real annoyed that the 2 best characters died so early. and one of them didnt even get a good death. i rly want to know the thought behind that. other than that i loved it and my mom got the references i didnt. 8/10

funny and creative kills. loved the 2000s computer 3d visuals. got to see both the writers speak afterwards. didn’t get half the references tho

Challkyy dislikedY2KThis is the downside of the A24 way of producing movies. Legitimately had moments in it that made my skin crawl and want to press stop. Please god putting good actors in shoody scripts doesn’t make the scripts good.
