of all the movies that have tried to “get” being online, this is the only one that has actually succeeded at that while still taking itself seriously in the process loved this, reminded me of some of the worst/loneliest times of my life subscribe to my youtube channel!

Kyle AmatoApr 15, 2022half an hour in I thought this was gonna be scary in the way that after 2am all creepypastas start to sound a little too real but it ended up being scary in the way that we all have internet friends who disappeared one day and we'll never know what happened

Not one single fair in this movie
FramesofnickApr 22, 2022at 24 yrs old, i meet people who spent a lot of time on 4chan as teenagers in the early-mid 2010s and turned out normal. we have the same taste in music. we get the same jokes. you could not pay me to experience the things i felt and experienced as a 14-17 year old again.

I thought it was okay. A fun blur between immersive fiction and reality. Just slow and a bit underwhelming.
life is strange and simulacra combined but like all the bad and boring parts of both, made me super uncomfortable i would never watch again, casey was sweet though and the actress did a good job but i hated everything else about it

Was expecting this to be much more scary and creepy but it turned out to be kinda mid though quite interesting. A film w many silent scenes can be misinterpreted as boring but if there are visual queues that make up for that it’s fine imo but this was DA like watching a vlog idc💿
trailer looked interesting. but in reality its slower than a sunday brisket cooked by a drunk dad. couldnt even make it through to the end. got well over half way and decided it was a waste of time and from the other reviews im not missing much. good lead actress, lack of plot.
as a fan of both indie and minimalistic film, this is a title that really speaks to me and perfectly captures the surrealism of being exposed to internet horror too young. the lead actress is tremendous, the visuals are stunning, and the music is gorgeous. keep an open mind
