Synopsis
The Turning takes us to a mysterious estate in the Maine countryside, where newly appointed nanny Kate is charged with the care of two disturbed orphans, Flora and Miles. Quickly though, she discovers that both the children and the house are harboring dark secrets and things may not be as they appear.

I know it’s based off Henry James’ “The Turn of the Screw,” but this film seemed unfinished, in a sense. Good acting and was enthralled in the middle. Eh giving it like a 5.9/10, not terrible.

when you watch a movie you’re automatically gonna side with the main character and what they see. So i think it’s interesting how they play with this in the movie, you don’t know if what you see is true or if you’re just perceiving Kate going crazy.
