Bob Hope is very funny throughout and I like his character quite a bit. I hate the ending but it was nice seeing Bing Crosby atleast The technicolor looks pretty good for 1944 and so do the sets

Bob Hope really was very funny in this. The movie is a bit of a mess overall, but the one-liners just kept flowing from Hope at such a lovely speed that it was hard to not like it.
