just saw it and I had no idea what to expect. The first hour and a half was a snooze fest. but then the second half finally picks up and it's a great ending
Epic film. Excellent story, cast and visuals. Did not feel like a 3-hour film. You are drawn into the story. Action scenes are incredible - Especially in the 70mm format. Must see in an IMAX theater with that option. By far this is the movie of the year for 2026. …
So bad! Really a warrior king regrets fight like a little punk! Casting was putrid - completely takes you out of the period.

I read the read book in high school about 60 years ago. I really loved it, and the movie more than did it justice. Great cast. I think this is Matt Damon's best film ever.
