this whole movie wouldn't have happened if evy and rick weren't too busy making out to watch their child
rebekahJul 20, 2021Making Evelyn and Rick a happily married couple instead of splitting them up to retread the arc of the first movie is the single greatest decision any sequel has ever made.

6.4/10 This is just a really fun movie. From the sets to the special effects, this is just gives old school Hollywood vibes. The CGI is pretty bad throughout the movie. I can think of multiple scenes where it looks like a PowerPoint slideshow. The plot is overly complex but in a good way. The kind…

This entire plot exists because Evy and Rick were too busy playing tongue-tennis to notice their child wandering off like a side quest and the most shocking part is that they stopped making out after the kid was gone😹 I don’t blame either of them I mean have you seen them?!!!!!!!
so apparently i never watched this movie even though i thought i did 💀 i really enjoyed it though! it started off kinda iffy but i proved itself as a worthy sequel to the mummy, with a lot of the same elements but just different enough to add something i loveee imhotep so much :(

Rated: 6.5/10 ⭐️ Celebrating its 25th anniversary. Expected a fun ride, but the messy CGI and chaotic plot honestly left me pretty overwhelmed. What Worked: • Fraser and Weisz’s chemistry is top-tier. Navigating parenthood while fighting mummies is super charming to me. • Silvestri’s epic score…
While not as good or iconic as the first one was, this one was both amazingly fun and action packed at the same time and it still holds a special place as an all time classic. Take it for what it is and just enjoy it. Don’t try to criticize it too much. Just enjoy it! 9.5/10!!!!!
