If I was the last man on earth I would probably care little about my appearance. Vincent Price still hangs around the house with perfect hair, a sweater vest , and a tweed coat. Why? Because he's Vincent Price. Well played sir.
Damn, this is so much more tragic than I remember it being. No doubt early shades of Romero but also just a purely admirable performance by Price—not one to watch if you’re in a “hating the world” kind of mood. Really glad I had the wherewithal never to thrown it on at any…
Hmmmmm... that haunting spark of an entire genre-vibe being born before your eyes. The déjà-vu feeling here is real, it's real! And you can clearly see that vibe in our lonely man wandering through this end-of-the-world kind of landscape, where zombies(?), vampires(?),…
If I was one of the last people on earth with Vincent Price the absolute last thing I’d be shouting is don’t touch me… but whatever I guess 🤧

Liked the movie. Loved watching Vincent Price try to run and throw things lol.
"Is that all it has been since I inherited the world? Only three years. Seems like a hundred million." Ultimately, The Last Man on Earth is more thoroughly melodramatic than purely unsettling, a style befitting of Vincent Price's distinct essence but not the grave nature…
„The Last Man on Earth“ suffers a bit from overacting and is lame and boring for most of the time. Interesting that the movie doesn't know if it's a zombie or vampire movie. But what bothered me the most was the German dub.. maybe it was a good thing that there wasn’t…
"Another day to live through. Better get started". Vincent Price's opening words so aptly set the tone for this story of the plight of the one remaining man on Earth following the outbreak of a mysterious deadly plague that has transformed the remnants of humanity into…
Great solo performance by Vincent Price for most of the movie. Relies heavily on narration. But that’s not entirely bad since it’s largely a solo performance. Feels a bit slow despite its short runtime. The infected are pretty comical. Overall a decent eerie flick.
I love Vincent Price, but this was only intriguing for so long till it got kind of boring. The ending was so dumb, and these "vampires" were more like zombies.
I Am Legend existed because they were inspired by this movie along with Omega Man.
Still the best (closest) adaptation of Richard Matheson’s I Am Legend.
A breezy 87 minutes. A good story told with charm.
This is a great movie, 9/10 (must watch)
The ending pissed me tf off
A worthy watch. 👀 🍿 👨 🌎
