belAug 22, 2019“there are much worse games to play” should be in top 10 final movie lines and that is a hill I will die on
issy 🥝May 13, 2021Gale in the first 3 films: ummm hiii katniss or should I say katnip haha 🥰 sooo 👉👈 how are you today queen 💞 Gale in this: I am a sociopath and will murder anyone if I have to also peeta sucks lol

I really like the cat. This series is just as much about the journey of the cat as it is about the journey of Katniss.
{Todd}Jan 15, 2021the people that reduce this franchise to the love triangle really do lack critical thinking skills because even the love triangle isn’t about the love triangle; it’s about the choice between war and peace and how neither is entirely satisfying
aliyahAug 6, 2022literal war raging on and the entire time gale is like "omg do u think katniss would pick me 🥺🥺" then proceeds to bomb children

After watching all the movies I can confidently say that this movie and the one before it are much worse than the first 2
Avery ig dislikedThe Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2THEY KILLED FINNICK. HES MY BBG THEY CANNOT DO THAT.
ash lovedThe Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2They had NO right to kill Finnick and Prim like I know a film series this big has to have some deaths but my heart😭😭💔 At least Haymitch is alive and Katniss and Peeta lived happy though I wish we saw more of Gale sigh. This was amazingly done and I’d rewatch this sm more times-

Ok what an ending to a series! Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson did an incredible job through the series but this one especially. That final scene too, such a sweet ending for the people that deserve it most
MK likedThe Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2Im just gonna pretend that Gale died instead of Finnick
q is "meh" onThe Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2i liked when katniss killed coin instead of snow. i liked finnick, gale, and mostly haymitch. someone who doesn’t care but is forced to be involved based on past experience. i hate peeta’s character and i hate katniss’s decision to choose peeta over gale. besides that, it was ok.
- sahar likedThe Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2
honestly the ending didn’t sit right w me. it felt like she went through so much and for what? and we don’t see much that’s happened in the capitol. everything was surrounding her and peeta. also the series was unnecessarily long. i felt like it could’ve been done in 2-3 movies.
Garrett lovedThe Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2Hunger games re-binge complete. Satisfying conclusion a great franchise. Very very very excited for the prequel
Emmy lovedThe Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2So many people are saying well where’s the romance? YOUR MISSING THE WHOLE POINT. I think these movies were fantastic and really showed how cruel and injust the capital is. Cried a lot but seeing Katniss kill Coin and get her happy ending made me feel better. RIP Finnick & Prim.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 has the technical polish and competent acting of the four-film series, though less intensity. It contains no surprises and ends with an anticlimax I have heard is faithful to the book, though it doesn’t amount to much onscreen.

The result is a reminder that, with weak material, it’s often worse to have a really good actor. The weaknesses just stands out in sharper relief.

It careens from carnage to group therapy so wildly that the action never gets to build and the conversations just repeat themselves.
