Another one for the “aged up version of a gay Finn Wolfhard character briefly reunites with his childhood crush after many years and tenderly touches foreheads with him in a September 2019 movie” canon

not gay enough
hollie amandaSep 9, 2019Why must a movie be “good”? Is it not enough to sit somewhere dark and watch Finn Wolfhard act like an androgynous Slavic Bette Davis?
gusvanrantSep 8, 2019*film ends* me: that was pretty good! *checks twitter* me: ah jesus christ Guess this is the equivalent of Vice for me this year. Didn’t hate it. Not perfect, structurally a mess, but I was into it. It feels like it tackles the subject in every angle possible, which…

what if we took apart the plot of the book and reassembled it in a way that ruins the logical and emotional progression...haha jk...unless...?
abby websterSep 27, 2019not a great film but unfortunately i have a lot of feelings about how boris and theo's height difference switched over
Ellie ✨Sep 13, 2019“ha! harry potter” this is some of the worst film editing i have ever seen in a movie this mainstream, and the plot was absolutely incoherent (as was the dialogue). i was trying to buy what it was selling, but everything feels off. to all you fans of the book... i am so…

No clue what happens in the book but this as a movie to me felt a bit too long if I’m honest. I mean I didn’t necessarily hate the movie but I wouldn’t say it’s anything mind blowing or something I’d love to watch over and over again. The cast was great and the acting too but the story just…
Wasn’t honestly my favorite movie, but still a good one. If was quite different from the book but not In a bad way. It’s a good watch and the plot twist really pulls at your heart strings. The ending is a bit disappointing, but everything before that is really good. Great cast to
Seriously this movie changed my life. I’ve written two separate book reports on the book, because I watched the movie and fell so in love I just had to. I named my rat after the dog, I’m getting TGF tattoos with a friend, this story has lived rent free in my mind for 3 years now

-lots of timeline back & forth -still don’t really know why the painting was not found sooner/why was it so freakin important -wouldn’t police possibly have to search their house after a bombing w/o a concrete alibi for his mom’s exact location? & in turn they’d find the bird?

DSDustin StubbsOverall a decent film, good plot, some unrealistic situations, but good acting, especially by Nicole Kidman.

It wasn’t the best movie I’ve ever seen, however I did enjoy it a lot.
KWKaitlyn WassonWas a bit slow but kept me interested the entire time. I find myself still thinking about hours later. We enjoyed seeing it in the luxury theater with the recliner seats because the film was quite long!
NYNam YenGood movie. Great pacing for story to tell. Can't rush a storyline for those who complain about the pace. Not slow, not forced. Definitely makes me want to listen to some New Order afterwards.
