Mostly feels like a CW tv special but it had its moments. I guess you could call it an action movie but every sequence is extremely brief and uneventful. I was more interested in the sci-fi and body horror and it was at least ok with those. Mostly made me think of Splice…

Dystopia is just around the corner... This sci-fi action thriller was way better than expected. With some fresh faces, good effects and excellent pacing those 98 minutes flew by. I really hope they will continue the story and shoot a sequel.

this could’ve been good but the script was weak and the acting wasn’t the greatest either. everything was pretty flat. pity because i’m all for more films based in south africa.

I’m not normally a fan of sci fi but this was so engaging that I found myself invested in it quickly. Definitely recommend this one!
