The dialogue between McCall and all the men who stood in his way was so chilling and real. Denzel gave a stellar performance and brought so much depth to this tortured character. I can’t wait for the sequel where he adopts his signature catchphrase: “You just got Equalized fool!”

Holy crud this movie was amazing. Denzel performance was just astonishing and just can’t be replicated. Actions scenes were incredible, even the off camera scenes which has a ton. This film really made Denzel a frightening figure. MVP: Denzel Moment: Ending Rating: 10/10

There’s nothing hugely original about the script by Richard Wenk (who cowrote “Expendables 2” with Sylvester Stallone), but Washington is a master at putting his own inimitable and stylish spin on even the most familiar situations.
