Synopsis

    Kyle MacLachlan's wigs in this film are Lovecraftian horrors that will drive you insane if you look directly at them.

    This may actually be a perfect cinematic representation of the music of The Doors: overlong, repetitious, and centered around and unlikable asshole spouting junior high level poetry.

    I know a lot of people didn’t like this movie, but I can’t help it, I love it so much.. and I’m a huge Doors fan. Val Kilmer is so attractive as Jim Morrison. The 60s/70s vibe are immaculate. While the story isn’t 100% accurate, I still feel like they portrayed it well!

    Val Kilmer is hilarious and uncanny here… Act three needed to be left on the cutting room floor though. I also didn’t realize Morrison was essentially in exile for indecent exposure when he died in Paris
