The most blasphemous movie I’ve ever seen in my life
best movie so far for 2023. Hopefully people get the message that "There ain't no man named Jesus who is god. but there is only God who chooses many messiahs and we are not supposed to idolize and worship them. But fesr God and keep his commands.
Great movie, RELIGIOUS PEOPLE wouldn’t understand this movie
Requires an open mind.
I’m going to see it again!!! It’s inspiring and giving us something better to think see and feel vs the moves that have been coming out!!!!!! It speaks to the people young and older!!!!
I definitely think you have to have at least the basic understanding of the Bible to know what’s happening in the movie, but it’s still a great movie.
this movie was actually a lot of fun and super funny leading up to part III. The soundtrack♥️
hilarious, original. great story telling. this is what going to the movies is all about
honestly so good, made me cry. soundtrack was great. funny, heart-wrenching, meaningful. wanted to watch it again immediately after it ended (and still do)
Well written and beautifully done. Amazing casting !
Go see it!!!
Not what I expected. Should have known better.
Definitely a plus for 2024!

Samuel has made a movie that imagines a good-hearted sinner slouching toward salvation one desperate measure at a time. But he’s also made a mirror designed to let folks see themselves in this scenario for once.
Samuel never stays with any idea for long and “The Book of Clarence” lacks cohesion, as well as consistency, even if the acting is superb, especially from a soulful Stanfield.
Jeymes Samuel is a master of all trades who can craft character-driven arcs with fun action-packed sequences all against a beautiful score. No actor misses a beat and it confirms LaKeith Stanfield remains not just a brilliant actor but a true movie star.
