Marvel built a multimillion dollar movie franchise around the wrong Iron Man in my humble opinion

Imagine that Luis Buñuel and David Lynch had intense homosexual encounters in a cheap motel in Tokyo under the influence of hallucinogens. Imagine that, after that, both (yes, both) conceived a single son. Finally, imagine that the aforementioned son made a movie and that…

Possibly the closest cinema has ever come to capturing a migraine on film.

“Your future is metal.” That was certainly a movie. I don’t even know where to begin, or where to end, uhhh, it’s surreal in the best way, it’s very disturbing, like the opening scene genuinely gave me goosebumps cause I was so disgusted. Two things i know are clear about Tetsuo: The Iron Man.…

Not really too sure what was going on but I mostly got it. Pretty lit if you ask me. I like the part where he dreams about his girlfriend pegging him with a giant metal snake lookin penis. We’ve all had that dream before.

    Tetsuo: The Iron Man

Tetsuo is quite literally a bio-mechanical nightmare. The film is frantically paced, and every rapid frame strives to assault the senses. The plot is incredibly simple, but the surreal effects and cinematography make it feel truly unique, and uniquely horrific.

Teetering between meh and like, but leaning towards like due to the films gritty, sporadic shots. I really like how, in black and white, texture plays a massive part of the evolution into this creature with metal. 6.2/10

Like an hour long Nine Inch Nails music video. Maybe I’m not smart enough to “get it?” If you get motion sickness easily, this REALLY isn’t the movie for you.

This original take on a body horror is one of my favorite movies of all time. Special effects and stop motion for the time are amazing. A visual masterpiece

Super weird, so much to digest and think about. Funny, horrifying, and intriguing all at the same time. The gore and stop motion was phenomenal
