I like the whole movie but during the opening and closing minutes (basically when Jim Steinman songs are being performed) I’m convinced it’s the best movie ever made

85 Wowzas. Sings a ballad right down the middle of pop-opera excess and small scale mythic ingenuity. Stellar cast, even greater songs, and so fully immersed in its own style that those Warriors DC comic-book panels aren't even necessary. Rick Moranis forever.

Rick Moranis is just the same in everything haha. Also, it's pretty crazy to see Willem Dafoe in an early role too. This doesn't quite get to "The Warriors" level, but it's still a damn good neo-noir thriller.
