I like the montage at the end where they show us everything that happened in the entire movie just to make sure we got it

It’s a pretty interesting movie :) although I truly believe they all would’ve survived if they were just a little bit smarter 😭 I also feel very bitter sweet about the ending. It’s a very interesting way to end things but it felt a bit off. Tw gore, death, kidnapping, violence

Clay Werner likedSaw II6.8 - For a sequel to a good first film, it’s pretty solid. The best part for me is how it builds on the lore well. The gore is amped up a lot, & the traps are a bit more dramatic. Acting is still shaky, editing still headache inducing. But the first two entries do connect well.

traps in the movie are pretty good, but mostly the actors just do such a phenomenal job portraying real people with real emotions. its also so satisfying watching john kramer toy w eric matthews since he’s just not a good person at all which shows w his relationship w his kid
ChaosStrolling lovedSaw IIGore is slightly increasing but still not shown as explicitly as later movies. Lots of riddles, traps, and character connections. John’s monologue of explaination is just annoying (not in a bad way), like you’re not deep, you’re just weird and edgy lol
