Great movie, sad story! Wish things turned out different
It was sad seeing how a life with such potential could be cut short after overcoming adversity. The cast was amazing in their performance and the way they told their story was heartfelt. Definitely a great movie to watch even if it has a sad ending.
Great movie! A true story that I hadn’t heard about before but so glad I saw this. Highly recommend!
I want to thank Atom for the perks, but i'll be going back to take my mom to see it. Trust me I won't yawn one time watching it for the 2nd time within a week.

It depicts the outcome of choices & overcoming insurmountable odds, somewhat. Thanks for bringing his story to the big screen. This is a beautiful tribute & honor.

A must see for all youths dealing with the issues Rob dealt with in this movie
This movie was amazing. I wish Rob would of chose his self over his dad. And I wash his dad didn’t make him feel bad or put so much Pressure on him.
Based on a true story...Wow, and tragic.
Movie is great! with a good eye opening true story. It is ultimately sad but it can serve to encourage kids and youth to work hard, always do the right things, stay in school, pursue your dreams and desires and always hope for the best.
Great story, but sad
👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
I loved the book, Mr. Peace was a genius
Sad he had to revert to drugs to make money
Metacritic
Rob is turned from stereotype to person, thanks to Will’s incredible work and Ejiofor’s unwavering commitment to capturing a full life, supported by Rob’s mother off screen. It’s an involving yet troubling tribute.
If there’s any takeaway from “Rob Peace” for the industry folks in the audience, it’s the leading-man power and charisma of Jay Will, who gives an overwhelmingly heart-open performance that makes you understand why everyone in his midst adored him, and how his life’s richness lent well to a best-selling biography.
It does not take much imagination to imagine a version of “Rob Peace” where, given the room to sit with events, Rob’s journey provides a damning X-ray of American society’s shortsightedness. But far too often, the film settles for simply conveying information through dramatization.
