Overdramatic performances and poor execution of storytelling for today’s standards. I’m very critical on realism and this film had almost none to speak of. Maniacal laughing, endless and unnecessary crying, long drawn out silences. It all took me out of a captivated headspace. 👎

MRSU1C1DESQD likedRashomonRashomon was an interesting story that was teeters on the nature of men. “Are humans good or evil?” was my key takeaway. While the ending was a little lazy, I think it was a good materialization of validating both sides of the argument. I loved the perspective narrative.
