Morgan lovedPigi can see why this is nic cage’s favorite film he’s in, it’s such a simple premise that really shines through its character moments and themes, passion and integrity vs making money and societal expectations, isolating yourself from pain/truth, and the acting is just phenomenal
Stutter with the Fedora lovedPig‘Pig’ dramatic thriller where you think it’s one thing going in and then becomes something else entirely. Although it does feature a truffle pig. This film is certainly not for everyone but it’s well-acted, unique, and has plenty of emotion.

wow. nicolas cage pls do more roles that fit you like this one. i never thought a nicolas cage movie would make me cry, but this has proven me wrong. although the plot is very simple, it is just enough to keep the viewer engaged through the whole movie. one of my favorites of '21
Fight club lovedPigI like that Nick cage is taking more rules that he is interested in and this proves to me that’s a good thing because his performance is amazing. The story changes drastically so much that I got lost a couple times but if you like more artistic movies this is a must watch. 7.7/10

Teddy dislikedPigThought this movie was ridiculous and I don’t understand the hype behind it. From losing his pig to suddenly fighting in bare knuckle boxing matches in the sewers, it seemed ungrounded and all over the place. Character study sure but I didn’t get it. I really wanted to like it
Peachy lovedPigOof, that ending. What a movie. The plot is so incredibly simple, but there is so much depth that wraps everything up in a heartfelt, tear-jearking package. The pacing and vibe feels a little all over the place but exactly as they should be. One of Cage’s finest performances.

It’s my favorite Cage performance in some time, after overly bizarre turns in recent years as a murderous parent in Mom and Dad and an inmate on a mission in the Japanese film Prisoners of the Ghostland. When he goes back to basics, it’s as rich and juicy as a delicious ham steak.
