why should i go to therapy when i can simply see freddy krueger skateboard
amayaJun 26, 2020I liked when Freddy Tetsuo: The Iron Man'd a dude on his motorcycle and that much of this movie could've been solved by aborting the Freddy baby and a character even brings that option up but they're like "hmmm nah."
Josh LewisNov 15, 2023*lengthy fart noise* Story: ABSURD. Characters: ANNOYING. One-liners: LAZY. Kills: MEH (except for the Tetsuo motorcycle kill, that one rips). Effects: OK THOSE ARE FINE. Logic: NONEXISTENT. Blue lighting: EVERYWHERE. I forgot a lot about some of the lesser Elm Street…

all i'm saying is that none of this would've happened and everyone would've been fine if she had just decided to not keep that damn baby

What?!! I like it! Sorry, Ian...we will just have to disagree on this one but I love you anyway! Freddy is back and this time he’s using Alice’s unborn baby to stalk the latest of the Elm Street kids. Speaking of those kids, how is it that in every movie the kids have no…
Tony the TerrorOct 27, 2021There is so little to talk about that I am reduced to a one sentence review about the criminally undiscussed pant plant!!!
EdithOct 26, 2017Rather than slog this movie and it’s weak kills too much, I’ll just leave it at ‘this one just really never worked for me’ and it’s my least favorite Elm Street jam—by A LOT. I know it has its fans, and that’s rad as they get to see Freddy rule the 80’s one last…

The shirt the one girl wears almost the whole movie is so fugly it hurt my eyes 😭😭
As the films progress the production and effects improve but the story telling digresses. Alice is still not an interesting character and her unborn/born child Jacob is more of the same. Exploring Amanda Kreuger’s character was cool, but this film, like the last, fell flat.
LIVE REACTION!!!: You mean to tell me brown doo doo water starts flooding out of your shower, TOUCHING YOUR FEET, and your first instinct is to crouch down and check it out rather than saying EWWWWWWW and getting tf out of there? Nonsense. Cool set piece though.

The series here takes a depressing nosedive into zero-degree filmmaking.
wouldn’t have happened in kamala’s america
Uncle Freddy fights his origins. Everyone loves contextual installments and this does an honorable effort to supply that. This is the last installment that follows a clear character timeline before the series goes rogue. Silly kills increase in absurdity, but still fun.

The special effects in all these movies (especially during the 80s) were great. Freddy would have haunted my dreams had I been alive during those times 🤣 I’ve always been Team Jason but I’m leaning more to the dark side after watching all these movies.
Wacky film all around. Crazy bizarre kills, insane plot but even at its worst this franchise is at least entertaining 5.5/10 (This is the exact review I left last time but its exactly how I feel ab it)
