i loved how artistic the entire film was, and the intense emotions conveyed through it. i was really confused at times because i didn't understand what was going on, but the intense tension between the two made it make sense (i ship it).

3/5 complex symbolism & catholic references, but the execution was AMAZING. This role is very different from what Anne Hathaway normally does - horror, singing, etc. Kind of a slow burn tho, & I wish there were more to the other themes.

Gorgeous cinematography and phenomenal performances from Anne and Michaela. I just wish the script didn’t feel so… scripted, if that makes sense. The dialogue just felt pretentious and forced.

Although this was marketed as a horror movie, I would honestly argue it was more of a thriller. A lengthy movie too for the story being what it was. Left feeling letdown.
