Johnny Cage was right about one thing, I would much rather watch Keanu Reeves kill a thousand guys with a pencil
Joe AMay 6, 2026The movie implies Kitana and Jade are married if you even care
AuroreMay 6, 2026You know that Freddie prinze jr interview for Scooby-Doo where he says “it’s a talking dog, you know what I mean?” that’s my experience with Mortal Kombat II Screenplay is abysmal and the dialogue/delivery is rough at times but dammit if the fight scenes and comedy didn’t…

I somewhat enjoyed the first, but this is better in almost every way possible. Peak casting, insanely good visuals, exhilarating stunts, well-choreographed fights, and an engaging story. The tone all around was perfect, and the emotional cues actually worked. It's been a while since I've played the…
Okay don’t judge me bc i watched this one before the 1st MK….. MY BAD but anywho not my fave but not terrible i’m not a huge fan of fighting movies but honestly it was super aesthetic and the music was a vibe i do want to be kitana for halloween tbh
It was ok, I guess. Excruciatingly bland to the point of being boring had it not been for the action. The story is a blatant smooth brain operation with little to really show for, at least the first film tried something and actually gave unique action, cannot say the same for the sequel. It follows…

I’m srry but y were most of them weak af😭 Baraka was giving horror comedy. Sindel should’ve used her hair whip instead of spamming her banshee scream. Missed opportunity for Raiden to use his flying tackle move. THAT was Sonya’s man?! Jade is a snitch. RIP Cole. Siabot= Blackface
A good film with a great cast and great action. I wasn’t expecting this film to be amazing because of the reviews & the fact its predecessor was pretty mediocre. I mainly went for Karl Urban, the cool fighting, & the fact that I think the games are cool. Better than the first.

A film that, similarly to The Rise of Skywalker, has a deep disdain for the film before it. It was fine, I guess. You know in TV shows when characters are watching a fake movie and it's really cheesy and trope-y? It's like watching that movie, but this time you're paying for it.
„Rise of Skywalker“ type of movie. I definitely liked the prequel more, but this one was valid too. It had much plot holes, but its just so cool. The fight scenes are nearly as peak as in the first movie. Enjoyed it a lot and would say its a must watch for all mortal kombat fans
That movie was incredible! The fights were so cinematic, and the story kept me glued to the screen. Raiden and Kung Lao’s deaths hurt, but Liu Kang leveled up and made an unforgettable sacrifice. I hooted when Johnny won! The amulet breaking changed everything. Loved the ending!
