KarstenJul 10, 2023I can’t fairly review this movie because immediately before watching it Paramount gave me a lot of free champagne and then I met Tom Cruise and Chris McQuarrie who were both so nice (but to be clear the movie rules)

The MI series is the greatest action series in cinema. With the high standards set by recent MI movies, Dead Reckoning pt1 falls short. The humor, dialogue, & characters didn’t feel like true MI. The villain being AI jumped the shark. Tom jumping off a cliff rips though. 2.8/5
riki. lovedMission: Impossible – Dead ReckoningIt gives us AMAZING and THIRILLING action scenes. It is like it keeps getting better and better from movie to movie. Its brisk pace, stunningly realised action sequences and sympathetic characters make it clear that this is a film to see in the cinema. Tom Cruise did it again!

Non stop action from the beginning!! Amazing!
DYDwight YbanezOriginally was not sure how they would be able to top Fallout, but they managed to do so and more. I am simply upset because we have to wait a year to see its conclusion.

Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One is stingy with the stunts—though it only feels that way because the movie, in keeping with its bloated title, runs nearly three hours.

This all-you-can-eat thrill buffet easily bests most of the recent big-budget movies and reminds us that Mr. Cruise remains a showman par excellence.

No matter how convuluted and contrived the situations, motivations and conflicts within might seem, no matter how obvious the need to jam in other exotic, tourist-brochure locations, no matter how many female leads Cruise interacts-but-never-quite-“clicks” with, the entertainment value remains right on the edge of off-the-charts.
