    As someone who takes pride in being a bug enthusiast, this documentary was pretty fantastic. Some of the shots were so beautiful, and I loved that there was so little narration, it is just presented for the audience to observe and immerse themselves in an almost alien…

Microcosmos is more about reverie than revelation. Still, don't be surprised if you come away from it with that feeling, like the aftermath of a deep, strange dream, that your consciousness has been enlarged in a subtle but very real way.
