This film is so phenomenal. The cast is beyond any other MCU cast and THE VILLAIN. I don’t think there’s a better villain except Purple Man in Jessica Jones. Quote: “…like my ancestors, who jumped from the ships…” Character: Killmonger Moment: The fight with M’Baku 10/10
Elyana lovedBlack PantherUnderrated marvel movie
Tdawg dislikedBlack PantherExtremely overrated. The CGI is awful and it feels like basically every other Marvel movie. The political statements are cringey at best. Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther is the redeeming quality. Kilomonger is not a terrible villain, and he acts as somewhat of a good foil.

Black Panther might be the first MCU film that could claim to most clearly be an expression of a particular director’s voice.

Grumpy T'Challa may be on the throne, but it’s the women who rule. And Michael B. Jordan adds fire as Killmonger.

The movie is smart, lavish and fun without being assaultive.
