LONG SHOT has literally everything I want in a movie: the plot of An American President, Charlize Theron on ecstasy, Seth Rogen being Jewish, Andy Serkis cosplaying as Rupert Murdoch, redemption for season 7 of Game of Thrones, Springsteen, Lil Yachty, Claudia O’Doherty……

57 Weirdly centrist in a way I can't quite grasp - basically a movie about compromise relating back to both romance and politics? I guess? It's also a Seth Rogen movie so it has a montage where he and Charlize Theron get high and a couple scenes where he falls and should…
SilentDawnJun 23, 2019Beste Romcom seit langer Zeit.
Etienne GardeMay 2, 2019I don’t think I’m going to have time to review this one. It has already mostly evaporated from my brain, except for the fact that Seth Rogen and O’Shea Jackson Jr. play best friends who went to college together and I spent most of the movie trying to figure out whether Seth…

I was in absolute hysterics watching this movie. Full on, gut laughs throughout the entirety of the film.
??😀 😎save your money, was so stupid
LHlauren HargerIf I could give this movie zero stars, I would. I have spent more enjoyable hours in freeway traffic. The story was implausible, the characters were cartoonish and the jokes were written for horny sixth graders. It wasn’t worth even the $4 discount price we paid to see it.…

Great date night movie! It showed how no matter how gorgeous and powerful your woman may be as long as she loves you that’s all that matters... super cute!
SGSheila GrangeiroNot what I was expecting. Trailer made it seem like a fun and light romantic comedy, but it was not. Too much cursing and not an enjoyable movie. Very disappointed.
DDDiamond DinisaI can't believe how much this made me laugh this was a pretty good movie. Great date night film

Long Shot feels like something new, too — a brogressive rom-com that mixes inconvenient boners and aerodynamic cum with extensive observations about sexism and a rare romanticization of the male helpmate.

It’s a raunchy comedy, with a plot that ends up hinging on a very R-rated video. And, most surprising of all, it’s also a conventional and rather sweet rom-com.

The whole affair is so slow as to let the mind play casting exercises. This seems instantly dated in 2019.
