Synopsis

This movie is completely insane in the best and worst way possible. Florence Pugh’s acting is absolutely incredible. I could handle the father’s death, but the little boy broke my heart. Such a disturbing, brutal and unforgettable film. Truly wild.
Anna Solveig is "meh" onLady MacbethProbably good but I kind of hated it. The silence was so loud and when there actually was sound it just gave me even more anxiety. The plot was very unlikeable and I just didn’t care for any of it. Also very unhappy ending which just isn’t my thing

It was so quiet, so slow, and so jaw-breaking-ly disturbing. ISTG there ain’t no triple-murder worthy sex, it doesn’t exist. This was a great movie. The “face the wall” scene is peak quiet cinematography.

There’s an intriguing story to be told here, but there’s a better way to tell it. To borrow from the Bard, the spots in Lady Macbeth simply won’t wash away.
