KarstenApr 11, 2023The funniest live-action cartoon I've ever seen. HUNDREDS OF BEAVERS isn't merely a 'homage' to silent cinema and Looney Tunes-style comedy, but an actual example of it, with a new gag every few seconds that left me howling with tears of laughter, thanks to a visual…

RIP Bugs Bunny, you would have loved this.
Joe AJan 24, 2025I still remember getting invited to the Jim Thorpe Film Festival in 2023 and experiencing this comedic marvel with a huge crowd who laughed like crazy and loved every second. I distinctly remember thinking, "God, the general public is gonna adore this as long as they…

This movie isn’t my type of humour at all I only laughed a handful times but the fact this movie exists is amazing to me and that might be one my favourite final acts put to film it’s somehow better than most action movie final acts it has no right being this good 9.8/10
Weasty dislikedHundreds of Beavers11/100. If a shitpost became a movie, this is it. A lot of people find this movie funny, but I really don’t for the most part. It is very creative, I’ll give it that, but the movie was WAYY too long.
Stew likedHundreds of BeaversThis felt like a fever dream and I picked a great day to watch this (4/20) was a mix of Mr bean and add a lot of old school looney toons with bugs bunny , love when directors take a leap of faith and try something new , this won’t be for everybody …. But passed time 4 me

This movie is crazy, and so so awesome. Totally creative. My only problem is the pacing, the middle was a bit too drawn out, but the last 30 minutes was absolutely incredible, had so much fun with that. Funny movie man, just a good to only half focus on.
Tectash likedHundreds of BeaversA throwback to the silent era of films. The humor is slapstick but creative. I feel like cinefiles will truly appreciate this where as general audiences will be a tad lost. Overall I'm glad stuff like this still can exist even if it's not for everyone.
Lola Love dislikedHundreds of Beaversjust not my humour and only laughed about the stupidity of it watched like 20 minutes but 2hrs would be a waste of my time original idea though and they were brave to make it

Funny, cute, and creative movie. I chuckled quite a few times but I did felt like it was way longer than it needed to be.
Luke lovedHundreds of BeaversZany, inventive and absolutely hilarious. A live action cartoon that tries to one up itself around every corner.
Carson Withers lovedHundreds of BeaversTHIS SHOULD BE A REQUIRED SCREENING FOR EVERYONE

A tale of pelts that pelts along, with more lunacy and creativity than a brace of other films, this film dares to go full beaver. Don’t sleep on it.

The sheer sustained silliness of this spoof silent comedy is what finally compels admiration. It’s like chancing across a bunch of eerily gifted kids by the roadside putting on a bizarrely accomplished, very extended series of magic tricks and circus acrobatic stunts.

A multimedia extravaganza of frozen idiocy, Hundreds of Beavers is a slapstick tour de force—and its roster of ridiculous mascot-suited wildlife is only the tip of the iceberg.
