*Donald Trump voice* We love the black hen, don’t we, folks? She’s always moving, always going somewhere. You can’t keep her in a cage, she’s beautiful, she’s everywhere. We love her! Except for when she was helping out those refugees. That wasn’t so great. That’s very…

55 Montage of the hen escaping her cage over and over again was honestly the highlight of the whole thing. So many silly reaction shots. Not quite sure about the crime drama trappings that surround all of the chicken antics but it's whatever.

Didnt know what to expect with this. It was both upsetting and funny in parts. Shows how the small actions can have a big impact.

The film is an amazing feat of animal training and deft editing, and it’s all so weirdly cheering.

Mundane routines acquire a creeping dread, with barns, kitchens and farmyards becoming landscapes of unspoken terror as the heroine clucks her way through a compelling story.
