    overall liked the movie, good story, and really draws you in. that being said the ending made me mad, it ended so abruptly and gave no insight to what happened in the future. did the truth come out about what she had done? was the kid actually his? does anyone speak out finally??

    Confusing to follow. I couldn’t really piece together what happened in the end. Mid. Edit: Guy it’s 3 years later and I am just now seeing the hate under this rating. I’ll watch it again with my eyes open this time❤️

    One of my favorite books and movies of all time 🙂 and definitely one of the few rare cases where the movie adaptation is better than the book it’s based from.

The movie, with some of the trappings of a murder mystery, makes its points with blunt force. Fun seldom figures in this adaptation, which is overlong and mysteriously unaffecting. Still, Mr. Fincher's film has many fascinations.
