my favorite commentary that I've read about this movie was from Rian Johnson who said "I love that if the movie Get Out existed in the world of Get Out, the parents would have told Chris how much they loved Get Out"

Get Out has to be one of the best horror films ever made. From its ingenious plot, to its gripping symbolisms, Get Out had me in a state of pure awe combined with a shear creeping dread. Great film
This movie gets too much credit for being a horror, whereas I would classify it more as a psychological thriller. Regardless, it is a fantastic story, extremely poignant with its social commentary, and solidifies Jordan Peele as a force to be reckoned with.
It's horror, but on the level of realistically frightening. You have to rewatch it after the first time. It's better because everything from the get-go is a hidden double-sided ploy. Everything. You can tell this isn't some generic, washed-out, wannabe type movie by the characters alone. All have…

If you like effed up stories with insane characters this is for you. Had me at the edge of my seat and I was laying down. The plot is crazy but the ending is definitely satisfying
This is such a high-quality movie, the perfect blend of enjoyment for casual viewers and a work of art subject to vigorous academic discourse. Noticing more subtle yet effective details after my second viewing.

10/10 definitely worth the watch & paying full price. Not what I was expecting, 100% better than what I predicted.
Don't understand that hype behind this movie. By just seeing the previews, you know already the entire layouy. The was one "surprise"... But nonetheless, slow, boring and nothing worth paying for.
Metacritic
A jolt-a-minute horroshow laced with racial tension and stinging satirical wit.
Sketch-comedy whiz Jordan Peele of TV’s ”Key and Peele” and “Keanu” has cooked up the smartest horror movie in ages, an edge-of-your-seat thriller that is entertaining and creepily enlightening at the same time.
Writer-director Jordan Peele has smartly created a horror comedy that doesn’t feel like a series of sketches from his show: the whole thing is a single, coherent episode and individual scenes are masterfully and subtly crafted with tonal shifts that work well.
