The memories show that they’re frequently fighting, Clementine clearly has a drinking problem and they don’t communicate very well. It was too toxic for the relationship to thrive.

I really enjoyed this film. You can look at any relationship with this film and not just romantic relationships, and appreciate the time that was spent even if it ended poorly and you think you might want to erase it but then realize it was just worth experiencing 9.5/10

Love this movie so much!!! 💞💞 I was very excited to see it play in theaters. It’s been on my watch list for two years. I love the idea of erasing memories. Clementine and Joel relationship is very sad 😿😿 however I still love this movie.
