A wonderful, magical animated version of king Davids ENTIRE story - not just the part with Goliath. Just the right amount of musical. I really enjoyed this movie as an adult! 10/10 recommend for any age, but especially for the kids!

30 years in the making and none of them were a waste! 10000/10 AMAZING! I could feel the presence of God in the theater. Not just a film, but ministry! God bless the actors, the creators and the entire team.

Just a wholesome movie that tells a great story based on the Bible. Overall something to watch without worrying about hidden messages.

We took our 13 and 16 year old girls to see this movie and everyone enjoyed it. There is no gore in the movie. It is absolutely safe for younger kids. We would definitely recommend this for a nice family movie night.

Had my 6 year old daughter and I crying tears of hope, joy, thankfulness and sadness. You just see gods mercy through Davids story , it helped me put visual to the books in the Bible and I couldn’t be more thankful because it’s something I struggle with. My kids, husband and I loved it. Have told everyone we know they need to watch it.

The animation is great, the music is wonderful and the message it sends is uplifting. My kids are on the younger side so we struggled a little to get through the almost 2 hour movie but I’d see it again personally when I’m not wrangling them because it really is touching and pulls at your heart strings. I appreciated that even those who aren’t as familiar with the story can still enjoy it!

Honestly there was almost certainly AI generated content filling that background(my husband amd I both saw background women spontaniously spawn beards at differnt points). Using AI for a religious story, really? That's where we're at as a movie society? Could have been so much better if it was made entirely with human care.

The children in the theater were enthralled, and most of the adults. The story is told well, and the music isn't horrible, and I'm not a fan of most musicals. Definitely entertaining and a great story. The animation and visuals are excellent, and should put Disney and Pixar on notice that they are no longer the only animation powerhouses in cinema.
