Excellent film! Clint is great in it!
Clint Eastwood is a great Actor and Director. He makes interesting films.
Wanted to see Clint Eastwood on the big screen one more time. Made me kinda sad. Not great acting or dialogue but still a sweet story.
Clint Eastwood did it again 91 & going strong. Can't wait for the next movie he does. Clint Eastwood makes me miss my dad he loved Clint Eastwood movies & met him once, but they are 2 different people but the same style & a give them a hell attitude & don't take crap from no one. This is another great Clint Eastwood movie. :)
this was probably the most boring movie I've ever seen.
Rafael father was played by a terrible actor
I wanted to enjoy a bit of nostalgia for Clint Eastwood, but this movie was truly terrible. The dialog was awful. The acting was awful. And we're to believe that not one , but 2 middle aged women fall for 91 year old cowboy Clint?
Eastwood is a Legend! Actor and Director A+ Film!
Walked out the acting was so bad
Really good! It was heart warming and sweet.
Metacritic
Old Clint is still Clint, but he definitely looks a little stooped and more than a little frail. There’s an unexpected benefit to that frailty, and it makes this leisurely, not especially plausible film worth watching.
A screen elegy is supposed to make you sad and give the viewer an appreciation for all this character and the actor playing him was, and a little of what remains. Cry Macho just generates pity.
Now, approaching twilight, Eastwood has stripped everything down to its essentials. The picture doesn’t always work, but it works when it has to. It’s a fragile enterprise — lovely to bask in, but liable to fall apart if you stare too hard.
