Synopsis
A group of young shopping mall employees stay behind for a late night party in one of the stores. When the mall goes on lock-down before they can get out, the robot security system malfunctions, and goes on a killing spree.

the robots saying "thank you, have a nice day" after every kill is peak comedy
aaronJan 5, 2019My review of this movie is that during the opening credits a pizza man in a filthy shirt shouted “c’mon you breakin a-my heart!” and lit a cigarette in his own restaurant so I rushed to letterboxd to give it four stars. There’s a ton of movie left I’ll report back in later.

cheesy and ridiculous 80s killer robot slasher movie 💀 so many parts of this are joyfully incompetent in a way that you can’t help but have a good time with there’s some fun kills, the mall is a unique setting and i really enjoyed the robot effects

Log lovedChopping MallB-Movies rarely get close to being A-Movies. This was a prime example of use what you have, maintaining a tone that suits these types of movies. It’s one of the few standout movies from the B-Movie slasher era. 🔌
