Touched on many things that women 60 and above really think about, with a humorous touch. Life isn’t over once you reach a certain age.
Really good movie, funny and really touching...makes you think and reconsider your choices and priorities.
Funny stuff but drawn out...great cast, good chemistry.
Thoroughly entertaining!!
a little long which makes it a little boring. parts really funny.
Appreciated there was no foul language or graphic sex scenes.
Such a funny and great movie across the board. Great for any girls night out of any age.
Some good laughs, predictable.
Great cast of strong Hollywood actresses that break the age cliche! I enjoyed the movie.
It was okay, could have watched it at home. Had some cute moment. I did enjoy the cast.
way too boring and this was NOT PG-13 very inappropriate
We went as a group for our birthdays and pretty much all laughed from beginning to end
It's charming with a great cast.
We laughed throughout the movie. It is a must see for any girl's night out.
I absolutely loved it. My daughter and I laughed so much.
Enjoyed this movie a lot......loved all the actors & actresses!
I loved it
Haven't laughed that hard in a long time.
Enjoyed seeing 60+ women portrayed as attractive, vibrant, fun-loving and yes, sexual beings! We're not all gray-haired, cookie-baking grandmas! ;)
105 mins of a badly written comedy that could have been good it only the writing wasnt so bland and choppy
Great movie! I was laughing the whole time!
Cute octogenarian romp with romance and comedic timing from a great cast of superstars
Good movie. Enjoyed the laughter and the cast.
Was a great movie
fun, clean movie
We were 5 ladies of the same age bracket and somewhat the same situation as in the movie .. We enjoyed it alot
Great movie for us "baby boomers" out there! Loved it!
Great cast but nothing really original. It's like the Golden Girls finally hit the big screen.
Loved it
Wish my millennial daughter had seen it with me....
What a great movie! Not only entertaining but a great message for women over 50. We're not done living yet so look out!!
Charming old school romantic comedy. Great to watch with for a girls night.
great fun movie !
Fun to watch, pretty funny. Allows you to see things from a different perspective and female struggles after a certain age.
Wonderfully fun movie! A must see!
The worst movie I ever paid for😖
Funny and inspirational!! A great movie for a date night.
nice to see movies for the mature audience .
Loved Candice Bergen's Sharon...her sarcasm and wit saved the movie for me.
My husband took me on a date night. It made both of us laugh, cry and fall even more in love. I really like how they made the book into what it really was about and not focus on the obvious.
cliche but still very entertaining
I loved it! Thought it was hilarious and glad to see a movie that addresses the romantic side of older women. Great cast!
I truly enjoyed this movie. It was funny, poignant, and easy to follow.
The funniest movie I have seen in a long time.
Good fun. Wish it had more laughs
Belly laughing funny
The script was far inferior than the actors ability. Fluf, pure and simple.
Good movie for couples good date movie
Appreciation to the fine acting!
Very good movie for senior citizens.
Metacritic
There are also Photoshopped aggregations of Bergen, Fonda, Keaton and Steenburgen, and though they were never actually grouped together when young, they register reasonably well here as lifelong friends. The movie rides entirely on their charm, not so much on the strength of the writing or the jokes.
Bergen is consistently the best part of Book Club: natural, dryly funny, and, in a non-pitying way, quietly heartbreaking.
