    there are some great metaphors here for the 1950’s notorious oppression and mistreatment of women, but they’re sadly buried underneath a mound of misogyny that not even nancy’s giant paper mache hand could unearth.

    The final five minutes where the giant woman actually goes on her rampage are pretty dope. The preceding hour where her skeezy husband and some floozy fool around and plan her demise is entertaining, but also kind of a drag.

    Attack of the 50 Foot Woman

    Phenomenal movie. It was incredibly funny and the fashion is amazing. I think it’s especially funny that the side characters made clothes that fit a woman 50 feet tall and went through the effort of dressing her before she went on a rampage
