Bela Lugosi's Dracula throws a potted plant at Lon Chaney Jr.'s Wolf Man— this is my Avengers.

After years of trying to solve the riddle I finally figured it out: The guy on first was Frankenstein.

People think Abbott's too hard on Costello but I dunno. If I had a friend who talked like a baby I'd be at least that hard on him. I'm not saying I'd kill him, but I doubt I'd rush to save his life.

Chick: "Listen, Wilbur. I know there's no such a person as Dracula! YOU know there's no such a person as Dracula!" Wilbur: "But...does DRACULA know it?"From the wonderfully animated opening title credits to the Vincent Price voice cameo at the end, this is pitch perfect,…

Better than The Avengers. I'm not even a huge fan of the Abbott and Costello routine but the silliness of it all seems to work in a world where Dracula, Frankenstien, and The Wolf Man are all running amuck together.

I thoroughly enjoyed going through most of the Abbott and Costello collection last year, and I've really been looking forward to this one ever since. Apparently it's a thing to credit Abbott and Costello for ruining Universal's Monster Universe, but honestly these average…

The incongruous pairing—the late-’40s equivalent of dropping the American Pie gang into a Saw movie—really shouldn’t have worked, but it resulted in a highly entertaining film that became a huge hit and breathed new life into the comedy team’s career, while providing a convenient tombstone for the monsters, who faded from screens.

A little bit of going through the motions with this horror spoof but fans will enjoy.
