    It is criminal  how I find more praises (and simping 😡) for Marlon Brando than Vivien Leigh in this film, especially when you consider her virtuoso portrayal of Blanche DuBois and the fact that he turned out to be a rapist (in real life.)     I find that there is nothing…

    While Brando gives a great performance in this film, I found Vivien Leighs performance as Blanche to be even more riveting . This is a profound, thought provoking film filled with twists and turns. This truly is one of those classics everyone should see. 8/10

    This was a master piece, each performance was amazing. Glad I watched it was a tad long but I was engaged majority of the time. The story was great and performed to perfection, also young Marlon Brando was 🔥

    One of my favorite plays ever and I have had the honor of playing Blanche Dubois myself. This movie is a tear jerker. Phenomenal.

You could make a good case that no performance had more influence on modern film acting styles than Brando's work as Stanley Kowalski, Tennessee Williams' rough, smelly, sexually charged hero.
