Atom User Reviews for When Harry Met Sally... 30th Anniversary (1989) presented by TCM
Thoroughly enjoyed this movie both when it was released and now!!! A favorite!
I was dragged to this movie and told it was a comedy. I can't stand Billy and the way he tries to act.
Was amazing to see on the big screen!
One of my favorite movies ever. Glad I had the chance to see it on the big screen.
Such a BEAUTIFUL love story! Timeless! Great chemistry between Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal! PERFECT onscreen!
Every couple must see!
So good.
Very funny film. Great story. Great performances
Still great.
The stairs in the theater are like doing calisthenics. Otherwise the seats are good. The projectionist forgot the sound at first
Great on the big screen.
One of my favorites...I have watched it 3 to 4 times a year since 1989!!!!!
Metacritic
As a successful careerist who tries purging his neuroses in a coin-operated batting cage, Crystal is funny enough to keep Ryan from all-out stealing the film. She, though, is smashing in an eye-opening performance, another tribute to Reiner's flair with actors. [12 July 1989, Life, p.1D]

What makes it special, apart from the Ephron screenplay, is the chemistry between Crystal and Ryan.

Like Harry and Sally, the movie is hardworking, spot on; it winepresses its conversation into epigrams. No surprise here.[31 July 1999, p.65]
