The opening credits are set to a Beach Boys parody song about skeet shooting while riding surfboards. This movie is high art.

Countless A+ jokes. Is this the greatest comedy scene of all time?

Genuinely one of the best comedies ever made, it's rare for a comedy with as many jokes as this one to have 99% of them land. The amount of effort they went through to for simplest of jokes is astounding. 9.5/10

Unfortunate I had to wait until Val Kilmer passed before hearing people praise this movie for the comedy juggernaut that it is, but I’m damn sure glad I’ve finally discovered its greatness. Pound for pound one of the funniest movies ever.
This movie is so dumb in the best way! I was crying laughing at parts and I can honestly say it caught me offguard how funny this was. If you like airplane or the naked gun movjes, you'll love this! 9.0/10

Despite the fact that this movie was released on 1984, I still had a blast even with my "modern" humor. I had a great laugh during the entire movie and I wouldn't mind re-watching it.
Had some really good gags that made me chuckle. Jokes per minute were a little low for genre. Prefer Nielsen and Sheen in these roles.
